My online orders never will redeem my rewards and I end up not getting to use them. That is disappointing. I will have to go in the store to order.

Usually you guys are great, however today was not good. My order requested no cocoa nibs, but they were on the top. I had to pick them off as best I could. Would be nice if they actually read the order.
