I love Nékter but the last three times I’ve preordered the cleanse online the order hasn’t been ready at my pickup time, there is confusion with my order and the latest order there wasn’t enough product on hand to fulfill my order appropriately.

The only problem I had was when I called to see if I could pick up my order the next day, the employee couldn’t find my order and told me I wasn’t able to do that since my order was already made. I get my order was made but I don’t think it should be an issue picking it up a day later when I had an emergency to take care of.
