They are super friendly at the Vancouver store. They always smile and always say hi when I walk in too. They wrote positive messages on my bowl sometimes and makes my day! I'll always go there when I something good to eat or drink!

Employee who was making bowls and smoothies did not wash hands or change gloves after taking orders and packing DoorDash orders. Then she used her hands to slice bananas and strawberries and put them on the bowls.

This was my first time ever ordering from here and'm VERY satisfied! I got the power protein bowl and it's absolutely DELICIOUS! I will definitely be coming back in the future and ill be recommending this place to friends and family. The size of the bowls are big, and the ingredients are fresh yummy, so it's definitely worth the price too!

Bowl wasn’t as good as normal. This had happened a couple times recently where the acai base has a different flavor and is actually a lighter color. Not sure what is being mixed differently when this happens, but it isn’t as good.

I always enjoy coming into Nektar not only is the aesthetic very cute and inviting but the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I come here because I have a very sensitive stomach and can only have the most natural ingredients, this place I can say literally helped save my life. I know sounds weird but these smoothies are the main source of my diet and they never disappoint. Thank you Nektar!

If I could afford to have your smoothies daily, I absolutely would. Better than ice cream and less guilty.

It took me about 10 minutes to figure out the new ordering (via the app/on my phone). Once I figured it out/the order went smoothly. Ever since you changed it (about a year ago) I've had some challenges ordering. Hopefully next time it will be easier.
