Really good, overpriced, and very very long wait times. $9 for 16 oz smoothie and around a 30 minute wait.

Christopher Bellingham - Thanks for your review. All of our drinks are made fresh to order. Which means all of the produce is sliced, diced or peeled for your order! However, 30 minutes is far too long. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can retrain and work with our team to improve their time. We hope you’ll come in again soon and hopefully see an improvement.
The smoothies and bowls are delicious, the ingredients are super fresh which explains the high prices. Only things they need to improve on are speed and customer service. Even on a day when they’re almost completely empty they take FOREVER to get one person’s order out, and if you go to the counter to wait they all stare at you like you need to go away. The cashier that has approached me every time has been nice, but every time I’ve gone, the people actually making the food/drinks are pretty rude.

Highly recommend!! Very good and was very happy with my order. I ordered açaí peanut butter bowl and was very happy with presentation, taste, and portion size!

Service is slow, they need more blenders to keep up with the amount of customers that come in. The online ordering system doesn't work when I have tried to use it, I downloaded the app but that doesn't work either no matter what time I put for pick up time. The products are great though, fresh and tasty, but the customer service is lacking. When I asked if anything had milk or cow dairy products in it, the girl at the register looked at me all confused and replied with,.. '' Isn't cashew milk dairy? '' Sadly they need to educate their employees the difference between dairy products and cashew milk.

The cashew milk ice cream was fantastic! I will be back for more. Tasty toppings and creamy, smooth texture. Would be cool if they offered cones, that's the only thing missing.

The drinks were good, that’s not what this review is about. There is a worker who is named Grace, even though she was at her place of work she threatened my sister and bothered us many times while we were waiting for our order. If this kind of company thinks that kind of behavior is fine and she shouldn’t be punished for it then bad on them. All I’m saying if you want to feel harassed and bothered by a person you don’t know, then go to nektar. I didn’t want to post this review because of how scary the worker is and how she’s threatened my sister outside of work as well, but it’s ruining us from being able to return for their yummy juices.

Your juices are so good! My son & I love them! I always feel good about stopping by. It's a great snack and we both really appreciate how fresh it is.
I like your app. Very cool. My only hesitation is paying through the app. I would prefer to use Apple Pay instead of entering my credit card info. No offense to you, but, I feel much more secure using Apple Pay for these kinds of things.

Clean & nice environment. They're open early and there has always been plenty of space to sit and have a conversation when I've gone in the morning. Good mix of booths and chairs. Plenty of options for juice, smoothies, etc. It's expensive, if you compare it to a cup of coffee; however, all the drinks are full of good ingredients, so that could help explain the cost.
