This is usually my favorite place, but every time I get a bowl, it's less and less full. For $10, it should be hard to get the lid on. Now we're just filling it up halfway? What the heck, guys?

Hi Jessica- first off, thank you so much for the support. Our Acai bowls should be filled to the middle of the Nekter symbol. So the bowl should be filled half with acai base leaving room for all the delicious toppings. Granola, fruits or adding a yogurt or pudding layer. If it's ever below this description please ask for your bowl to be remade. If it's ever above half way the team member slipped you some extra! Which is great also! =) We want you to get what you paid for!
I really enjoyed my smoothie bowl and I would definitely recommend to other costumers. The staff are so friendly and I loved the product.

The customer service is outstanding at this location. I love the convenience of the online app to order ahead. This is a very busy location also and the crew here always has a smile on and keeps the atmosphere friendly!

It looks that the location is understaffed but the girls working were friendly and efficient. I would applaud them for being part of the working class and keeping boujee women like me satisfied with my smoothie addiction.
