Nekter Juice Bar - Sacramento

I had ordered two combos (bowls + freshers) and upon pickup, only bowls were prepared. Not a big issue, they whipped them up quickly for us. Once back home, we’re realized that neither bowl was marked, but we had ordered one bowl without cashew milk. Upon tasting both, it appeared that they were the same. The reason for ordering without cashew milk was due to a mild allergy, so it wasn’t ideal. Based on two customizations (add fresher/Sub coconut water) not being followed, I’m guessing that our order ticket was not read thoroughly which was really disappointing. We usually have great service without issues otherwise.

Both of my experiences ordering within the app and picking up my order were great. The associate who greeted me was very friendly and quickly retrieved my order, which was ready well before the estimated time.

My first time having a smoothie from Nekter Place … had an Açaí Smoothie Was well made and has low sugar content which was refreshing Also the service was excellent….. the staff was all smiles and friendly Would definitely come back to this location

The banana on top, the part facing up, that you initially see when viewing the top of the bowl, was bruised/oxidized, while this may be acceptable to consume it is not appealing to the eye, especially at this price point. Otherwise I've been a happy customer for many years.

I ordered online and none of the requests for each item weren't done.

The guy working there was very rude and when I asked for a bag since it was a online to-go order, he rolled his eyes at me and seemed so bothered.

Food is always great. Just wish the online ordering portal gave a more accurate pick up time. I have ordered a few times in the last few weeks and I am always waiting 15 minutes past the pick up time I was given.

The girl by the cashier said nothing to me when I walked in. I went by the area to pick up. She didn’t ask me what I was waiting for. Later another guy asked what I was waiting for. It turns out my order was already made. Another lady and her daughter were waiting. She said she already told someone else about their order but they never communicated to him.

Nekter is great, I go about twice a week. But lately the quality has gone way down. Missing or unwanted added ingredients, watery smoothies with large chunks of ice, etc. it’s especially frustrating when I pay an extra $1 for an ingredient that forgets to be added.

I have been going pretty frequently lately, ordering ahead does nothing, the time is no different than ordering in store. On of your staff members a young lady isn’t particularly friendly or welcoming. Today we waited over a half hour for our orders and I know with fruit you never know what you’re getting but they were extra bitter today. Was definitely not an enjoyable experience and we were over 10 minutes late from our break. I gave it fair shots and will not be returning to this location. Best of luck.

The acai superfood bowl is my usual order and this is the third time that it has been missing the special toppings that come with it. Needs better quality control!

App said it would be ready at 10:47. App said completed at 10:50. They had not started making it yet. Wasn’t ready until after 11:00.

Love Nekter. Sometimes it is a hit or miss when I order an açaí Bowl and the açaí amount is either a lot or very little.

Terrible service. They didn’t receive my online order so it wasn’t ready when I arrived. When they did make the smoothie, it was not blended at all. It was iced coconut milk with chunks of food in it. I had to throw it away.
