Ordered online at around 11:20. Got my order at 11:47. Promised by 11:35. People after me got their order before I did. I was even told they were working on it around 11:30. No way an online order should take almost 30 minutes to complete.

I go to nectar at least one a week. Very good products but inconsistent. A lot of the times the smoothies and bowls are either watery or have chunks of ice or have 1-2 ingredients missing.

This location is always a bit slow. Also no one here ever said anything more that what's your name then walk away to hopefully get your own if it's done. The drink or bowl are always delicious and well made so the other part doesn't really bother me as much I just know to order online and pick up about ten minutes after it says it will be ready. If they do finish it before you get there they always put it in the freezer to keep it cold

I love the ability to order ahead on the mobile app, and on DoorDash! I will be making this a weekly treat due to the quality of ingredients used and the ability to make easy gluten free substitutions.
