Customer service is great. However, the quality of the bowls has not been as good as it used to be. The bowls are watery and not as flavorful. They do not hold up as well, the blended ingredients separate quickly, and taste bitter towards the end.

This was my first time ordering and it was great! I ordered online and my bowl was ready when i got there. The bowl itself was so good, and the staff was very friendly.

Ordered online, the app is more order friendly than my the website. The order was ready on time. I greeted the person behind the counter upon arrival, he replied and asked for the name on the order. He placed items in bag. Once I arrived at home, I realized none of the items were labeled, so it made it difficult to distribute the açaí bowls to the corresponding recipient. If I were to make a recommendation, I would ask that the items are labeled to prevent confusion and also for health and safety reasons. It’s always welcoming when an establishment greets customers as they enter. Of course it is not mandatory, but a small suggestion that makes a world of difference.

Both times I received an order, it was perfect. A ton of toppings on my bowl and my green juice was great. The first order I got when I was sick with the flu and definitely helped me get back to good health. They did a fantastic job putting my bowls together with quality ingredients. I'm a happy customer.

I used to love this location but it feels like a shell of what it used to be. The bowl itself was okay but there weren't many toppings so I was left with just smoothie by the end of it. The employee who was topping my bowl also tried to put toppings on without her gloves on and thought I didn't notice until I asked her to put gloves on, and when she handed me my bowl said that "they're supposed to put gloves on for everything but putting on coconut flakes"

I received my order about 10 minutes after it was due. I told them my name when I walked in.. the bowl had a few pieces of strawberries and apple each. For whatever reason, this location's quality isn't as good.

The bowls are so good!!! I love Nektar! The fresh delicious fruit is always delicious and adding granola is amazing! The store I go to is the best. The employees are always friendly and I never wait for my order...the food and drinks are always consistent...you always get what you ordered the same as before. The music is awesome! I love it!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

As a smoothie bowl lover, this is one of my favorite spots. The bowls are fresh and consistent, but most importantly delicious!
