This place has outstanding service, and the smoothies are amazing! If your looking for a great smoothie in the frisco area PLEASE give them a visit! Tamia was very helpful!

I had a reward that I needed help on how to redeem. They were kind and figured it out with me. The service was considerate and helped me figure out what I was looking for. There are so many options and nekter and so far all wonderful. I’ve had the chocolate peanut butter, the pb&j and the health nut. Pb&j is a go to. Just ask them to blend the jam in with the rest of the smoothie!

Stayed at a nearby hotel and walked over a couple of times to this awesome spot! Such a great smoothie for breakfast and another for dinner on a really hot Texas summer night!

Juice is good, store is clean. Leaving a 5-star review out of appreciation for the employees here who made me a fresh smoothie after I felt like the pineapple matcha smoothie I initially ordered was making me feel too caffeinated after a few sips. They were super cool about making me a new one! I’ll be back!

SO disappointed in this Nekter location. I have been frequenting this location for a long time- often going two to three times a week. Yesterday I had a horrible experience with the two young girls working. I was rudely referred to as "bro" when I asked to have my strawberries blended rather than placed on top of my smoothie.... I didn't think that would be an issue. As someone who also works in the service industry I was left in disbelief as to how I was treated yesterday. Unfortunately I will not be going back. I hope this staff gets some proper training on how to interact with costumers. It used to not be like this! Also I want to state that I have NEVER left a negative review for an establishment before. This is a first for me but I was truly so astonished that I felt I needed to let management know the situation. Please feel free to reach out with specific questions.
