I usually go to another Nektar location but I decided to give this one a shot and let me just say the customer service that was given to me was robust. Annika was the employee helping me decide which smoothie to get and she took the time to find out if I had any allergies and what flavors I wanted. Not only was the smoothie amazing, it came out in no time. 10 minutes tops. I will be coming to this location from now on.

Great service and my smoothie bowl was made on time when I came to pick it us! And it was super delicious! I also love that they have gluten free options for the granola! Debbie help me out, she's a gem!

Eh. I will say the smoothies are extra fresh. The cashew milk leaves a chalky taste in your mouth.

You need more workers at lunch time.That shouldn't have taken almost 25 minutes to get 1 smoothie.The whole place was filled with people.Waiting both walkins and online orders. It's not the workers fault. Hire people.

Update!!! Owner replied and emailed me about my concern with customerservice at that location. They were very apologetic and gave me a complimentary of reward points towards my next order.
I greatly appreciate it, management resolved the issue in a timely fashion.
I reconsidered to try out the location again and customer service was much better the two times I've gone recently.
I hope it remains that way , because customer service is very important.

I'm new to the area, and I tried out this location, maybe 3 or 4 times for acai bowls or protein smoothie. All I want to say is that the customer service is TRASH!!! This location need to train their employees with better customer service skills. Last week , I went to pick up my mobile order, and there was no greeting "hello "when I came inside.
When the girl gave me my order and I said "thank you"
she just looked at me and walked towards the back, which I thought was very RUDE!!! I will definitely take my business to Everbowl or find a better Nektar location that knows how to treat their customers with 100% customer satisfaction.
