I’d like to understand. How come a store adversities that it closes at 8:00 pm, but at 6:30 pm they start rejecting customers that want to buy juice?
I came to a Plano store, at Preston with 121, at 6:33 pm and the lady said that won’t make a juice for me.
It looks like it’s better for Nektar to lose a customer instead of selling. I’m surprised how you treat the customers, during this time, when the customer satisfaction is the most important thing.
I love this place! Great fresh juice drink menu. Bottled juice to take with you for work and the convenience of ordering from their app. I downloaded the app and received a free boost just for downloading. Making this my new “go to”‘place for a quick energy boost or toxin flush. They also have açaí bowls, smoothies, fusion blends, energizing elixirs and vegan ice cream!!!! Love love love this place. Pictures are two of the bottles (one being a charcoal lemonade 😊) and my 32oz toxin flush. Yummmmm
Good juice and good food. I feel healthier just by looking at the food.

I ordered online a 1 day and 2 day cleanse for my husband. He went this morning and they had no record of it. I texted him the screenshot of both orders he was picking up today. They sent him away with a modified 5 day cleanse, with two celery juices vs one celery and one classic greens. He made sure they wrote down his pm pick up of the two day cleanse. He went back and they still hadn’t made it and had nothing for him to take away. Their suggestion—come back tomorrow. I called after I heard about all of this and spoke with “Aleah” who said it “should” be there. I asked what time? He needs to pick it up around 7am (you know, cause we work), and she said maybe 7:30. I asked for the franchise owners name and phone number (Cindy Shaw) and the number I was given was completely a fake. Unbelievable. This place is a joke. If you value your time—skip this one. It’s sad because we are pretty loyal customers. We will see if anything gets done. Maybe Cindy cares enough to read reviews and take action.
