I just want to start out saying that I got this on Uber Eats and I got the immunity bowl and it was so good I loved it so I went back to get it again but I went in person this time and number one they don't have the immunity but anymore and number 2 they don't take cash. I'm a bartender so I always have cash on me so I was pretty upset that I drove An extra 15 minutes out of my way on my lunch break only to find out that I wasn't able to even get anything way to go nektar bar

Hey Brianna, I'm sorry this happened but, we haven't taken cash since 2019 at many of our locations. These decisions were largely driven by an increase in break ins, burglaries and robberies, threats to employees. Cash was less than 5% of our business and was putting our staff at risk. We would love to have more cash business and less 3% credit card fees, credit card fraud charges etc. Unfortunately we live in a different world now. I hope you will forgive us for this and come again. Please download the app- you can add different payment types there. There's also a free menu item right now after you sign up
This is my to go place for acai bowls and today I met one of their new employee named Vivian. She was really sweet and super quick with my order. She needs a raise !!!!!

We bypassed the poor reviews. Surely they are one offs. I guess not.
After ordering and getting our peanut butter bowl, it had no strawberries or blueberries. When asked why, the girl said “we ran out.” Uhhh what? You ran out of the basic ingredients that go in your foods? When asked if we paid full price, she said “yes but I gave you extra bananas”. Lol. We don’t want extra bananas. We want what we ordered and paid for.
There were also a few pieces of apple in them that had brown spots. We won’t be going back.

Ordered an açaí bowl and asked to substitute banana for coconut flakes. The girl taking my order said it'll be extra but I can have extra blueberries and strawberries on my bowl instead for no extra charge. I said okay perfect. She was also kind of rude, repeatedly cutting me off while I was trying to order. I received my bowl and it's halfway full? It looked like someone ate half and sprinkled granola and a few pieces of fruit on top. They removed the banana like I asked but there were no extra strawberries or blueberries. It was the most pathetic bowl I've ever seen. Also, I think I received a dragon fruit bowl because it did not taste like açaí AT ALL. I'm very upset I paid $10 for this. Won't ever be going back.

Absolute disaster everytime. Two bowls that cost $14 each, both were less than half full of anything. Came in at 7.48pm girl working yelled out to me - "we are about to close," I said "so your not able to take my order?" She responded "Fine I'll do it." Anyhow she then went to the back for a while vanished...then decided to work on my order...handed me half empty bowls with no presentation what so ever..Will never come back...clean juice has better service...what a disaster.

Very disappointing! Apparently they are instructed to put 10 blueberries and 10 tiny pieces of strawberry in the banana berry açaí bowl. I’ve had lots of bowls other places and this is absurd.

The berries can fluctuate in size depending on the season and it sounds like the staff did not accommodate for that. We will use this as an opportunity to train our staff. I used to frequent this place almost every day because I worked next-door.
I now work five minutes away and I have used Uber eats from here twice in the last two days.
They must have new people working that don’t know what they’re doing.
Yesterday I ordered a PB health nut and when it arrived it was watered down and unflavorful.
Today I ordered a peanut butter bowl which was only filled about halfway full and definitely no peanut butter .
For the price you’re paying this is unacceptable. I will no longer be coming here or ordering.
Love the bowls here, today I had Mackinzie and she was very nice and attentive. I have some stomach issues where I can't eat certain things and she was very accommodating with offering substitutes. Great service and great product!

I ordered from the app at 6:14pm. I got an e-mail confirmation that it would be ready at 6:30. I showed up to pick up my order at 6:40 and THEY WERE CLOSED!!!! This is the second time this has happened to me! What kind of business changes their hours without making sure people can't order from the app when you are closed!?!? The first time was the Eldorado/Custer location when they changed their closing time from 8pm to 7pm on a Friday a few months ago. The app currently says you close at 7pm. The hours on the door have been taken off so that no close times are posted. I would have understood if maybe I got an e-mail or phone call to let me know you wouldn't be able to fulfill my order because you were closing early but I didn't find out until I arrived. The link in the app to "CALL STORE" doesn't even work. It goes straight to a message that says "The subscriber you have dialed is not in service." Tasty bowls but terrible business practices.
I would recommend Jamba or Chop Shop instead. They are both less expensive and they’ve always been open when I arrive to pick up my orders.
Delicious smoothie bowls. I had the peanut butter bowl and it was so good! Wayy better than Jamba Juice!

If you are into natural healthy juices, smoothies, and fruit bowls 🥣 this is the place for you. I absolutely love Nekter. I am not big on eating breakfast so usually I grab a smoothie, I personally created, with added protein 😋. Try it once and you will be hooked.
