I ordered online and my tasty smoothie was waiting for me when I arrived. More importantly I was greeted by an enthusiastic young woman who acted as if she was glad to see me. One can’t beat a healthy, tasty product served by friendly smiling faces.

Good, only issue is my smoothie was not blended enough (there were chunks)

Every time I visit this location, the employees are super kind and always smiling. Smoothies are amazing and nutritious. Can’t recommend enough

Unfortunately this time the smoothie tasted terrible. For a long time now I’ve had a hard time with drinks being consistent from this particular store. Feels like I’ve wasted quite a bit of money. Totally kind and quick but their measurements must be a bit off.

Amazing smoothie bowls. Big portions with fresh ingredients.

Ordered a make my own smoothie and picked it up quickly. I got a 16oz smoothie with cashew milk, dates, peanut butter, vanilla whey protein, bananas, and cacao nibs. It was delicious!

Love this location. The girls who work here are really nice and the smoothies are always amazing! Try the celery juice cleanse, it’s so good!

I pre-ordered my almond butter smoothie bowl using the app last night. Which is my norm. I picked up my bowl on my way to work. Get to work and notice something is wrong....the color looks different, so I taste it and it's AWFUL! ALL I CAN TASTE IS RAW ALMOND BUTTER! I'm certain they didn't add Acai berry and probably left off other ingredients. I eat only this particular bowl regularly and I'm very familiar with the taste. I'm so annoyed because I've had a few challenges with this location and now I'm done. About a month ago I ordered using the app, 2 smoothie bowls and my sis picked them up and met me for lunch. When she got to me, not only was the order wrong but the bowls were half full. Thankfully the manager Bree was very considerate and gave me a free bowl. I waited a week before redeeming my free offer and that bowl was half full. And now this? I only use this location because it's convenient on my way to work. But my preferred location is west plano on Park. I think I'll just wake up a little earlier if I want a smoothie bowl and stick with my preferred location.

Love Nékter juice and Skoop (their vegan ice cream)! So surprised to see the negative reviews. My husband and I tried this location a couple of months ago and have had great service and experiences. Staff is very friendly and will take the time to explain the ingredients in their smoothies and to recommend items. Find myself craving the a Tropical Cooler...so refreshing. And their Skoop summer flavors? Awesome! Great way to treat yourself with a healthier alternative to regular ice cream.

Great, fast service. My juices are always blended well and the team seems to love what they do. Sometimes I sit in and enjoy my smoothie and sometimes, I'm just popping in and out. I love how when I do want to dine in, it's never too crowded and noisy. The crowd is always very chill and friendly. It's my neighborhood go-to juice bar! Green detox flush is my fav!

Really disappointed today. I waited 30 minutes for my juice, literally. I ordered a green apple detox and a smoothie. My smoothie came out in about 15 minutes. I heard one employee ask another if my juice was already made and that she would do my smoothie. The smoothie came but the juice never did until I finally asked for it. I noticed everyone else that came in was waiting for 10-15+ minutes, as well. I also noticed the apples not being seeded before going in the juicer like the other reviewer wrote. There are four people working - that should be plenty to handle everything but apparently not. Hire more people or get faster ones.
