Great smoothies and great service!

Great Healthy smoothie, I am glad they added new smoothies for kids👏

Their smoothies are good but their service is terrible. Employees are not friendly and have attitude and roll their eyes. One lady is always with her ear piece in her ear talking on the phone. This lady today looked like she had an attitude when she saw I was waiting for them to open and sitting in my car outside. I actually have no intention on coming back here. I normally try to give places a shot I’ve been here about 3 or 4 times, would of been a loyal customer however I prefer a friendlier environment it seems like the employees don’t even want to be there and their service is a reflection of that. One morning I tried to be proactive and order ahead of time and when I got there the employee said they didn’t have my order she had me go get my phone from the car just to show her that I placed the order for pick up by 7:15am I had to wait 15 minutes extra for my order cause she had to make it and for some reason hadn’t gotten it. The reason why people order ahead is because they may not have time to place an order in person I ended up being late to work. I am nice so I wasn’t rude but service is terrible.

Not only were the smoothies, absolutely delicious, but the service was great as well, which is kind of hard to find nowadays. This is my favorite place to come, and the wellness shots are great! Nay took my order with a smile, and even remembered whay i ordered last time i came in! 10/10!

First time I encountered an enjoyable person at Nekter. Reece was great and so was my Mango Delight smoothie

I came in and observed another customer waiting to be served. The workers pretended like they didn’t see him even though he was standing at the order/check out counter. He was nice enough to let me go first. It took them 3-5 mins to take my order. I felt invisible. My smoothie was okay but nothing to call home to mom about.

The smoothies are incredibly flavorful and refreshing, and the bowls are consistently perfect. The prompt service and incredibly polite staff make it an obvious favorite! Highly recommend!

I went in to a location to use my free smoothie for downloading the app, I watched the cashier use it (my balance said 0.00 due) then she went on to say it wasn’t valid and she couldn’t give me my free smoothie.

My strawberry banana smoothie was so good. I don’t usually get smoothies but Maddie was so helpful on which one to pick and so friendly. I definitely will be back to get another smoothie!

Stopped into the Dallas Pkwy location for a quick lunch and Maddie was extremely helpful and courteous. The smoothie was phenomenal and the service was top notch and quick. Definitely recommend

Our favorite smoothie bowls!

This location is excellent! Delicious, fresh, and very well made every time. I got the PB&J protein shakes and the Recovery juice. So good y'all, and I usually go to Smoothie King. They will be gaining my business going forward. Ice cream was SO SO GOOD, with no dairy! Valeria & Jayden were AMAZING! They were very knowledgeable & answered all of our long winded questions. Excellent service guys, well done. 10/10 experience.

customer service here is terrible. workers don’t acknowledge you or say hello, and have their backs to the counter while on there phone. watched a lady stand there waiting to order and she decided to walk out because no one helped her even though they were doing nothing but standing on their phone. smoothie bowls are mid..

Best place to go for açaí bowls and smoothies. Update - still the only Nekter I will go to. I love everyone who works here, and I never have any problems whether I order in store or on my app.
