The smoothie was absolutely delicious and well prepared. The staff was super nice and understanding since we arrived close to closing time.

Staff is always fantastic and efficient. New pumpkin smoothie needs some improvement, dates are not blended smooth. Too chunky maybe try a date paste

I was not thrilled with my banana and peanut butter smoothie today. The peanut butter was not blended and consisted of hard little pieces. Definitely not up to the standard I have grown accustomed to with your smoothies. Maybe my second one, which I could not finish.

Given the wrong size smoothie. Paid for a small, received a mini.

I have been enjoying your smoothies for a while. I last had the peanut butter/chocolate/protein, and it did have an accumulation of chocolate at the bottom. It could have been blended slightly more.

I was very disappointed with my visit today. I walked in the store and waited awhile to be helped. I looked toward the back of the store and saw multiple workers sitting down on their phones, which was disappointing. I had ordered 2 smoothies from the app. I could tell that one of my smoothies was made incorrectly upon looking at it when I was finally helped by someone, so I requested it be remade. When the smoothie was remade it was made incorrectly a second time. This wasn’t apparent until I was in the car on my way home. So one of my smoothies was made incorrectly twice despite clear instructions from my app order. I spent $30 on two smoothies and expect much better service than this. I will not be returning.

Great smoothies - good variety in menu and exceptional peanut butter drizzle! The crew is nice but not super friendly though they get the job done.

Loved it! The amount of avocado on the waffles was a little sparse, but we love the option of waffles with our smoothies.

I wanted to redeem my bday voucher for something that cost less than the free smoothie but was not allowed. Inflexible system.

Here's what I liked: - Order online was pretty easy. - My smoothie was kept chilled. - Ingredients appeared unprocessed. - The girl in the back saw I was waiting and promptly came to help me. Opportunities: - You didn't show up on Google Maps very easy when typing in "Smoothie Highland Village"
