Nekter Juice Bar - Flower Mound

I'll preface that I genuinely hate to mess up your numbers and be a Karen about a minor thing here, because the food was fantastic and I was helped immediately, but it did bug me: I got halfway home and realized I was only given the part of my pickup order that was from the cooler. I had to drive back and get the rest. It was resolved quickly with practically no words exchanged, like they had noticed already or realized when I showed back up. Not any kind of deal breaker and I'll definitely be back, but having to check my order certainly isn't ideal. I have no other critiques. The product exceeded my expectations.

I am a frequent customer at Nekter in Flower Mound and enjoy visiting your location regularly. However, during my last three visits when I purchased an açaí bowl, I noticed that the portion of the açaí base was smaller than expected. The base (peanut base) filled just under half of the bowl. Given the $14 price point, I believe customers reasonably expect a fair and consistent amount of all ingredients and components. I want to note that the fruit portions have been appropriate each time. I am sharing this feedback so that it can be addressed and ensure consistency in the quality of the bowls served. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Every time I walk in the store, the customer service is on point and the food is perfect! I am a lifelong customer for sure!

I was not thrilled with my banana and peanut butter smoothie today. The peanut butter was not blended and consisted of hard little pieces. Definitely not up to the standard I have grown accustomed to with your smoothies. Maybe my second one, which I could not finish.

Service is quick and employees are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.
