It was great! My order was perfect t and I was greeted with a smile!

I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent order. The amount of açaí in the bowl was noticeably less than half of the bowl. While the amount of fruit on the top was good, the portion of açaí—the main component of the bowl—was very small. It appeared that a very large portion of granola was added to compensate for the limited amount of açaí. I placed my order online and considered mentioning the issue at the time of pickup. However, both employees were assisting another customer, and I did not want to raise the concern in front of them. Given that the bowl costs nearly $15, it was disappointing to receive a portion where the primary ingredient represented less than half of the bowl. I hope this feedback helps ensure better portion consistency in the future.

I should’ve been provided a bag and a drink carrier for my order which contain five small smoothies as well as napkins

Called Southlake Nektar first to get 5 day cleanser couldn’t do until Tuesday. Called Flower Mound they got it done for us today!
