I had placed an online order but when I arrived the juicer hadn’t even looked at my order ticket yet. It didn’t take her long to make it, but I was a little bummed it wasn’t even being worked on when I arrived.

I really enjoy your product and the people working there are friendly. This is the second time I purchased a to go order. Both times my bowl wasn't filled up. This time I ordered three bowls. One was great, but another was two thirds fulled and mine was barely two thirds filled. I asked for more coconut buy I think received more granola. The kids need a manager because kids do not care about these details. I tip in advance each time. The product is not cheap. I won't be back.

The ease of ordering through the app was great. I arrived at the store a little earlier than the pick up time I chose during ordering, but the employees came right to me asking for the name on the order and said that it was just about done. Great communication and service overall. The juice was also delicious!
