Short fill on my Açaí bowl … I told the front desk person and she just shrugged and said it was just uneven.
I buy all the time and this is the lowest fill ever. Will not tip at Flower Mound

Great service and the bowl was great at the location off Dallas Pkwy. Sometimes the bowls are lacking (seem shorted) but this one was perfect!

Products are not consistent. Customer service was not good for quite awhile, but is getting better. I just bought 2 bowls yesterday that were thin and runny and I couldn't taste the peanut butter in one. :(

Order was wrong. Smithing wasn’t the right size. I ordered a 24oz and received 16oz. Didn’t get chia seeds in my immunity bowl. Order is generally wrong when I order from the flower mound store
