Nekter Juice Bar - Eastvale

The last two visits that I got the power protein bowl it was not all the way full. I feel like the amount the bowl cost it should at least be full. I get the same bowl at the Anaheim Hills location next to my work and it has always been full. Need to work on consistency between locations. Thanks

Loved my drink

I come to this Nektar all the time and I always mobile order. I have never had to wait as long as I waited today. I placed my order 10 mins before leaving my house, took 5 mins to drive there and still had to wait another 15 mins for my order to be ready. There was definitely some kind of rush, which is understandable but maybe if it is always that busy on a Sunday afternoon, there needs to be more staff ti handle the volume in a timely manner. There were two young men who were very polite and eventually got through the rush but at the same time, they seemed to be joking around a bit and talking to some friends or family that had stopped by which may have been distracting to their performance to get orders out.

I sent my order via the App and it was perfect when I picked it up.

I placed an online order and it was ready when I walked in the door. The gal was nice and the place was clean which I'm picky about, will be ordering again soon my smoothie was delicious

Everything was great, except the atm/credit card didn't work so I was almost unable to get my drink. It just so happened I found some cash on me, I don't usually have cash. But the young lady was wonderful, made my drink perfectly
