I placed an online order and the pick up time I was given was 10:01 AM. It is now 10:12 AM and I am still waiting for my order at the store. Please work on staffing the stores appropriately. The employee is hard working but cannot keep up with the number of customers waiting for their order or waiting to be served. There are at least 3 other customers waiting for their orders. It is not the employees’ fault it is management responsibility to ensure their stores are adequately staffed. Thank you.

I placed the order at 10:10am. I arrived to the store at 10:30 and they hadn't even started on my order. I was told it would be ready at 11. However they store was empty. I asked to cancel the order I was on a time schedule. I need my reward free drink
