awesome! online ordering is so quick and convenient. finally a smoothie spot that is REAL fruit and not full of synthesized sugars!

It was a busy morning and I placed a mobile order for a smoothie. The cashier helped as soon as he was able to. It took a little longer than expected but there was no issue. Cashier was communicative.

My smoothie was good. Thank You. The AB nutty one is my fav.

The juices and smoothies are pretty good and staff is friendly. However, the last time I visited I watched one of the employees wipe her nose/mouth are with the back of her hand and then proceed to handle food with her hands. I did not take the items I had ordered and requested to cancel my order and obtain a refund. The employee at the register stated she did not know how to issue a refund and indicated a manager was not present to issue one.

The best most consistent person to make the drinks is the young curvy Asian/Pacific islander woman she makes the best drinks and she is very friendly every time. I noticed that the newer staff are learning, and they need to work on getting the consistency of the smoothies right. My smoothies were very watery over blended as if they didn't use enough ice or liquid. They came out the same consistency as a juice. I think it takes some time to learn but whoever is in charge needs to be supportive and demonstrate how drinks should be made, let new staff sample a small portion of the drink before it goes out to the customer, or take time to practice when no one is in there. Also work on smiling, greeting, Thanking and acknowledging every customer this goes a long way. I love this store and I'm happy my community has a nekter store. I'll keep coming back.I know everyone is trying their best.

Took 30 minutes to make a smoothie.

The smoothies are great. I like to have them on my break from work. However, I spend the majority of my 30 minute break waiting for the smoothie to be made because there is only two people working a shift so one person is making the influx of online orders & in-person orders while the other is at the register or prepping other things. This makes the wait considerably longer. I only have a few minutes to actually drink my smoothie before the break is over. I could go elsewhere for a shorter wait but I didn’t think a smoothie would take as long as it does. This is from the past 3 experiences in-store & even 1 experience from an online order to which I submitted 25 minutes prior to arriving & it was still not made or started when I walked in for “pick-up.” When there is at least 4 people working, it’s a fine experience with a short wait time. Two people working is just a trash experience even if the customer service was polite & pleasant.

Ordered ahead for a smoothie and açaí bowl on the app on a Saturday morning. When I arrived there were two gentlemen working hard to get orders out and a young woman in the back prepping. Myself and someone new walked in and no one acknowledged us for 6+ minutes. We just stood there- no “welcome we’ll be with you in a second, etc”. When they finally got all the orders out mine had been ready the whole time. Almost defeats the purpose of ordering ahead if they don’t acknowledge who’s walking in and what they need

Love the smoothie options. Employees were not that knowledgeable.

I didn’t like my smoothie today. It didn’t taste like what I normally get

The smoothies didn't taste great. Also, on one of the smoothies, the lid was placed on it with smoothie overflowing and it made it so the smoothie was pressing out of the underside of the lid. Service was fast, the person was nice.

I felt so bad for the two staffs that were closing tonight (3/30/22). So many people ordered before closing time and the two staffs were working nonstop in full speed. The male staff sincerely apologized for the wait everytime he was passing out the order to the customers. I really want to thank them for working hard and making great smoothies!

Orange Crush Smoothie is delicious.

The manager was very kind to try and contact me that they are out of strawberries (Iordered on-line). He made an alternative smoothie for me that was amazing!!
