The food and service is great despite there only being 1 to 2 employees there scrambling and doing their best to get all orders done, management should definitely do better and schedule more help. However my reason for a low review is the outrageous price increase. I understand inflation has raised costs of supplies and labor however going from paying $6.75 for a small smoothie to almost $10 is ludacris. They need to do better.

Smoothie was delicious! loved how easy it was to order online for pickup. I would love it if you could add an option online to add chocolate drizzle to the smoothies.

The smoothies today were very watery and too sweet. The very first time I tried Nekter I didn’t like it because it did not have a smoothie like texture. I told my friend and she told me it isn’t usually like that so I tried again and I started buying them 2-3 times a week but today when I got them for myself and my son it was not drinkable. My other son came home 20 min later and said he just got a mango smoothie and it wasn’t good as well- too watery. The fresh smoothie had a consistency of a smoothie left on the counter for 30 min. Sorry but I maybe remind employees the ratio ingredients to avoid that problem. Thanks

Ordering in app… easy. Service… great. Bowls and smoothies… delicious!! Always recommending Nekter to family, friends, and colleagues. Just wish there was one closer to my home. 20 minute drive in either direction to my nearest location.

Great service! The smoothie bowls are consistently good regardless of who prepares the bowl. And my order is always ready on time!
