My bowl was not fully blended and it had big chunks of banana. Waste of money. It’s already the third time this happens.

The options at this location are very limited and they’ve made my drink incorrect multiple times so I have stopped ordering it from this location.

I ordered a 32OZ juice. Once I picked it up, it missing almost a third empty. I figured they were making it and the foam took up the room at the top. Regardless, I feel that I could have ordered a smaller size and get amount for less money. If I order a 32OZ I really do expect to get the full juice.

The service is getting faster. I like to grab an açaí bowl on my lunch break but sometimes it takes over 30 mins to get the order even when i order ahead. I think the store is understaffed
