The service was great, however, the sanitary practices could have been better considering we're in a pandemic and the employees are handing food. I witnessed the employees handling food without changing their gloves despite handing the cashier and other items.

The workers at this nektar are always friendly. As I was waiting for my order, a young lady who worked there was helping an elderly gentleman with his order. She seemed very calm and responsive to the man, as he had quite a bit of questions. She never once lost her patience and continued to help him with his order with a smile.

Most staffs in the Riverside, CA location are very friendly and work very hard to make my order accurately on time, but this location is seriously understaffed. Sometimes just looking at them working while waiting for my online pickup order (which was not ready after the estimated ready time was way passed) makes me feel stressed and sorry for them.

Sadly this was a negative experience as the store shut down and cleaned up the juicer 45 mins before closing which resulted in me not getting the juice I ordered.
