I always come to this location but I’ve never waited this long especially for an online order. I think maybe they just need more workers during busy hours. They only had 2.

I ordered online to pickup at 12:39. I arrived for pick up at 12:39 and they had not even started the order and said they never got the order… so 20 minutes later I got my order 😩

The juices and smoothies are pretty good and staff is friendly. However, the last time I visited I watched one of the employees wipe her nose/mouth are with the back of her hand and then proceed to handle food with her hands. I did not take the items I had ordered and requested to cancel my order and obtain a refund. The employee at the register stated she did not know how to issue a refund and indicated a manager was not present to issue one.
My fav location! They are very consistent and employees are always so nice!

Employees, although nice to customers, are frequently gossiping loudly, are covered in shirt and pant stains to the point that I think about the cleanliness of my order.
