On 03/02/24, I ordered two acai bowls. One of the bowls was a Raspberry bowl that was made incorrectly with blueberries. I did not notice this until I got home, so I really truly did not get to enjoy my acai bowl like I would have liked to.

Great service ! However, I go for the protein powder bowls and they’re much less tasty now that there isn’t a dollop of peanut butter on top, it’s only a drizzle.

The green drink looks very healthy and usually the ginger taste is so strong it kind of burns the stomach a bit. It is usually very slow to order in the store and you have to wait for pickup the store smells like bleach. Online order sometimes it will get messed up and I also get banana sticker in my bowl.
My experience was really good and they had our bowls ready before I even got there. The bowls were also very yummy.

The canyon crest location is very hit or miss. This was the second time we received a half full bowl instead of a normal portion.
Love Nektar but try to avoid this location.

No one acknowledged me, finally the manager I think came from the back to help pack my order.
The bowls were only 3/4 full - not sure is the cups weee too big or they forgot some ingredients as they didn’t taste the same as what I get at Arlington. This Nektar location has always lack good customer service. Although the men seem better at acknowledging then the women.
