I usually go to Netkar everyday during the summer however this summer has not been a good experience, lately my app orders have been wrong and when I explain this to an employee they appear to get snappy at me that they have to remake the order. However today was the last straw for me this has occurred many times in June where they have only filled up my Acia bowl half full, I asked the employee why is this? And they preceded to explain this is normal while another customer received their bowl the normal amount. I’m not sure why there has been a lack of customer service and accuracy with the order this summer but sadly I feel I have had enough of it and will take my business elsewhere.

Great experience, clean establishment and delicious fruit bowl. Love this place.
The acai bowl was half-filled, had only 1 strawberry that was barely sliced, and though i asked for extra agave, there was none. Additionally the acai was not thoroughly blended. Just an overall negative experience.

There was only two workers. I feel bad for them because it was busy and they seemed stressed. The company needs to better the schedule. But not only that the taste was so off. No flavor in all three of the bowls that I ordered. This place needs to step it up and be more like jujubar who is super busy all the time and has multiple workers plus they dont have people waiting for a long time and theres always someone to take orders while others are working. The taste, amount, quality, time, and service is way better and I will not be coming back here.

This was very disappointing. It’s my favorite part of the bowl and is a $1.50 upcharge. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. I couldn’t go back because I had already started towards my drive to LA.
