I did not like the fact that I placed an online order and it was not received, so I still had to wait for my order to be made once I got there. However it was made quickly and the customer service was great.

The team here is SUPERB! Even during rush hours or times they are more busier, they strive to do well to get the orders filled and they are good at doing so. We, as the customers, just have to to be patient considering all things because the customer service is great overall. I have too many favorite menu items to list but the finished orders are usually satisfying and, most importantly, healthy for me! Thank you all for your service! :)

I ordered with no ice, but they added ice to my order. Didn't feel it was necessary for them to remake because of ice, but it would be nice for them to pay attention. Also, none of the workers had masks on.

I love Nekter smoothies, juices and smoothie bowls! However, the service today was pretty terrible. When I arrived to pick up my order placed through the app, it wasn’t ready. That’s not too unusual. However, they made my smoothie wrong (didn’t add the PB) and they didn’t make my juice, I had to ask for it.
