It was good, I walked in and it was a little busy so I placed my order on my app and it took 15 minutes to be ready. Not too bad at all.

The acai bowl wasn't kept cold enough before I picked it up and was melting when I got it. Also the granola amount was much less than before.

Rude employees at this location unfortunately :( got a pink too faced smoothie and it had the pits of the dates (or something like small plastic bits that looked like almonds idk?? Super weird)) in it and almost chipped my tooth. I called to let them know to warn them for future customers & the lady was super rude on the phone. Sorry I usually never do this but Nektar is supposed to be a high vibe place right??? Not this one.
