I love Nekter smoothies, juices and smoothie bowls! However, the service today was pretty terrible. When I arrived to pick up my order placed through the app, it wasn’t ready. That’s not too unusual. However, they made my smoothie wrong (didn’t add the PB) and they didn’t make my juice, I had to ask for it.

Love this place! Great option for juices and healthy smoothies (not the sugar smoothies like jj and sk). Recommend getting the app and ordering ahead as it does take a little extra time to hand craft their menu items. See you there!
If y’all want some entertainment watching someone struggle making a basic orange juice then hit this place up! Oh and they don’t clean their juicer in-between making different orders so you might get lucky and get another fruit mixed in. So much value!
This is being generous! If you say you close at 7:00 don’t start closing before that! No Juice because we have already cleaned the machines! You turned out the lights and locked the door before 7:00! Will not be back again!
Certainly not Jamba juice and the almond milk base really doesn't do it for me. I've tried it twice and just don't care for it. Certainly I'm not the exception.
This place is terribly run and way way way to expensive.
Walked in and even though I was the only customer in the entire store, I waited over 5 minutes just standing at the counter before any of the 3 employees even acknowledged my existence or said anything to me. What is up with that? The employees have zero respect for their job or their customers.
The green juice I got was extremely expensive, more then my lunch and to make matters worse, they didn't even fill my cup. The owner needs to first fire and replace the manager. and then they need to fire and replace every single employee.
Was on a bland diet and ran here everyday for a week because their juices gave me the nutrients i needed without sacrificing flavor....A win-win combo honestly!
The two people in there had absolutely no idea what they were doing. I asked which juices would be good for a head cold and they said “ummmm...probably all of them”. I saw one had prebiotics so I asked what that was and the girl working said, “hmmmm I’m not really sure honestly”.
Staff should be more knowledgeable about their promotions. Called to ask about a promotion on their app and the young lady that answered could not answer any questions. I asked if I could have add ones to my drink that would be giving them MORE MONEY and she said no and that no one in the store could figure out the ANWSER so I went on the app to read the fine print and guess what, I can do add ons. Thought I found my juice spot, guess not.
Went in on a Sunday afternoon to learn more about and purchase a juice cleanse kit. The two people working ignored me and seemed pretty uninterested in helping. After waiting a few more minutes in the lobby looking at the ready to go drinks, two customers went up to the counter to have their items remade as they were made incorrectly. I decided to leave without buying anything and head to Southlake location where the staff was very helpful.
