I’m very familiar with most all mixers, juicers, blenders,etc. the blender/mixer you have to make smoothies are TOO loud. Way too loud. They are available with covers ...starbucks has them. I thought maybe you have them loud because you don’t want people to stay very long but I don’t think that’s true.
I’m very happy with the product and the customer service and I would say we spend 300 a month at your store. The cost of having quieter equipment would be very little.
