I have always had a great experience when I order from here. I usually order from the app and it is always ready before the scheduled time. The juices and smoothies are what I usually order and they taste wonderful!

This location stays does it right. My juice always has the right amount of sweetness and ginger. Not too much but also not flavorless in the ginger department! Love it!

I made an online order through the mobile app, arrive to pick up my juice and it had not been made. I told them that I didn’t have time to wait for them to make it so I requested a refund which has not been processed back to my card. I would like a refund for the juice I did not leave the store with but did pay for. Please advise.

I love this place but I’m if being entirely honest I often choose to go to vitality bowls instead because their fruit is organic and only 1-2 dollars more for a smoothie. It’s really important to me what I put in my body, I assumed for many years that Nektar was organic because of how it’s advertised but one time I asked and was sad to find out the truth. If Nektar switched to organic produce I would choose it every single time and I wouldn’t even have to go to my green juice store because Nektar has that too. I know it’s a lot of work and maybe a large investment but I know you’d gain a whole new following of women who will only eat organic.

While the juice and staff our great I've been trying for months to get in touch with manager or corp due to being overcharged. There was a technical glitch in the app, the employees knew but did not know how to correct. I left a message for the store manager to call me which they never did. I reached out to corp at the direction of the employees, which will only contact you via email no matter how many times I've asked to be called to resolve it. They just keep closing the ticket saying it has been resolved when it hasn't. I will not go back due to the horrible customer service from management and corp. Nothing to do with product and employees.

I love Nekter Juice Bar! I was first introduced to this deliciousness in the beautiful state of California! This location seems to be a little dated in terms of layout, nonetheless, still produces the same goodness that my body craves. FOOD: Tonic Flush (with ice) was fantastic and very refreshing; you can definitely taste the parsley, so for those that are not a fan of that bite; this may not be the drink for you! However, for those that do not mind the power of greens you will enjoy this! My body started to feel better real time while I was consuming it - yummy! In addition to the Flush, I decided to select the ACAI SUPERFOOD BOWL - WOW! My first time trying this and I was not disappointed! Give it a bite! SERVICE: One word - excellent! I loved my juice, and they were so nice about the modifications I made the original.

Girls inside were nice, but our smoothies were too watery - see pictures. Similar to a smoothie king smoothie after you let it sit for too long. Pics are within 3m of us picking it up, consistency was that of a juice. We ordered the 16oz berry ... - first item on the smoothie menu. For us, taste was eh..more like water + berries.

The friendly staff took time out to explain the Nekter app, and the smoothies were delicious (and extra refreshing on these sweltering summer days)! They have competitive prices with other smoothie/juice joints around, which is still not cheap. I would definitely recommend downloading and using the app to earn your free drink + have access to other perks that are periodically offered. Summarized: high quality products, nice people, bright and cute store - download the app :)
