I have never Had a problem before so this was definitely out of character but still extremely annoying. I ordered on the app before hand so it would be ready to go since I didn’t have a whole lot of time on my way to work. 15 minutes later when I got there, there was nobody in the store and it took about a minute for two employees to come out of the back and see that I was there. I said that I was there for a to go order and he then took the receipt out of the printer shook it in the air at me and then proceeded to make my bowl after it was supposed to be ready already. Ten minutes later I was on my way to be late for work.

I love this place but I’m if being entirely honest I often choose to go to vitality bowls instead because their fruit is organic and only 1-2 dollars more for a smoothie. It’s really important to me what I put in my body, I assumed for many years that Nektar was organic because of how it’s advertised but one time I asked and was sad to find out the truth. If Nektar switched to organic produce I would choose it every single time and I wouldn’t even have to go to my green juice store because Nektar has that too. I know it’s a lot of work and maybe a large investment but I know you’d gain a whole new following of women who will only eat organic.

I ordered at the wrong store and your cancel option didn’t work☹️I would love to have a credit for that. It was a peanut butter açaí around 3:00. Thx

Great place to go when I crave something healthy! Açaí bowls are my go to but I got the Little Beet this time and enjoyed it.

I love Nekter Juice Bar! I was first introduced to this deliciousness in the beautiful state of California! This location seems to be a little dated in terms of layout, nonetheless, still produces the same goodness that my body craves. FOOD: Tonic Flush (with ice) was fantastic and very refreshing; you can definitely taste the parsley, so for those that are not a fan of that bite; this may not be the drink for you! However, for those that do not mind the power of greens you will enjoy this! My body started to feel better real time while I was consuming it - yummy! In addition to the Flush, I decided to select the ACAI SUPERFOOD BOWL - WOW! My first time trying this and I was not disappointed! Give it a bite! SERVICE: One word - excellent! Peanut butter bowl and the health nut is always my go to!!

The rudeness of the staff at this location is truly shocking. I go in multiple times a week to pick up an order and instead of saying hello, they look at me like I am inconveniencing them and wait for the name on my order. Today, my sister ordered two bowls for pick up and they simply laid a bag on the counter instead of placing my bowls in the bag. I’ve never experienced anything like it and I am done giving my business to you all. Unbelievable.
