Orange crush had very little orange or strawberry taste, too much ice vs fruit? I threw most of it away, went back, and got a superfood bowl. Was not asked why.

The acai was really watered down and didn’t really taste anything like açaí, and no welcome or hello when I entered (the store was empty with no customers)

The bowl I received was not fully blended and still had chunks. Also the fruit was mushy on top. Customer service was great but I didn’t realize the quality was poor until I got home.

I paid for extra bananas and they gave me all bananas and 4 pieces of strawberries and very little granola. Whoever made it that day didn’t do a good job on both my smoothie bowls

My protein power bowl did not have peanut butter in it like it should have when I picked it up . I had to ask for them to add it to my bowl, but the staff was very kind about it.

Customer service experience was good. Unfortunately the açaí bowl tasted like ice blended with food coloring with a few pieces of fruit on top.
