I placed and online order that was to be completed at 11:45am. It was 10 mins late. When I did receive it 1 of my 2 drinks was the incorrect size. A small instead of a medium. It then took another 10 mins to rectify the problem. In all, from order placement until completion it took 45 mins for two smoothies. While the employees were friendly they didn't provide any apology for the tardiness. When the order was wrong as well, especially after the lengthy wait, they should have done something more.

I received a smoothie, not a juice with no ice as I had ordered. I also had an in app coupon for a free shot that I could not redeem in the store nor would they redeem it at the store without a separate transaction because “we can’t modify closed orders”.

It’s not the same quality it used to be. Some menu items we liked have been discontinued like the protein balls and kid size smoothies.

Put my 10:15 order at 9:43am. Arrived on time but drink isn’t being made. Have to wait few minutes for my smoothie. ☹️

I ordered online and as soon as I got to the store it was already made and put in the fridge. So I assume it was in the fridge for some time because it didn’t taste as fresh. So I would appreciate a feature where you can track our location and how far we are from the store, so the store knows how to time making out drinks so they are done right when we get there. And they taste more fresh and not melted for smoothies and bowls.

I don’t like the plant location. People Are rude. Don’t blend my smoothie correctly and take so long. I ordered online and it took over 20 mins to get my smoothie…the santan and chandler mall location are so much better

Great tasting smoothies!

Although I love the smoothies, I can't afford to enjoy them as often as I'd like. They're very yummy and filling!

My order was done when I arrived and the smoothie bowl was perfect, but the greenie juice I ordered was terrible. It had the strongest ginger taste. Sadly I had to throw it away it was so bad. Such a waste. It would be nice if the machine could have a quick rinse between juices, or at the very least after ginger shots are made.

The restaurant was closed when the hours posted on the website and the door signage said it would be open on Christmas Eve. I paid for two smoothies and received nothing because of it.

I ordered an elderberry smoothie on the app and my daughter had ordered an elderberry shot on her app along with a smoothie. When I arrived the staff notified us they were out of elderberry powder therefore we needed to choose a different shot and smoothie. If I had known they were out of elderberry we would have waited until another day to order drinks, but since we had ordered on the app and already paid for them we did chose other drinks, the shot my daughter got instead was turmeric which she didn’t like. Kind of a bummer but not the staffs fault who was working there and were very polite.

i asked for no ice, but they gave me ice. i have come to this location many times & they usually dont fill the juice/smoothie to the top of cup. usually some extra room, which is sad considering the price.

Not the best experience. I wouldn’t go out of my way to write a review, but since I received the email asking, I thought I’d share. Besides not being told when my smoothie was ready, the girl that took it out of the fridge barely acknowledged me. I told her my name and she did no more than hand it to me. I didn’t drink it right away otherwise I would’ve asked them to fix it, but my drink tasted like watered down coffee. They definitely forgot the bananas and dates that sweeten and thicken the drink. It was definitely a waste of money. In the past year, the drinks have been so hit or miss. If the employees would just follow the recipe, there would be so much more success with consistency. All in all, I love Nekter when prepared correctly.

Tried a new smoothie and it was delicious!

Although I feel that items are a bit overpriced, I used a redemption code and my smoothie was very delicious.
