I place my order via the app and arrived earlier than expected, the team had my order ready to go in no time. They were efficient and nice. I wasn’t sure which parfait to add on to my order as it was my very first visit and they were so helpful and shared their recommendations with me. I’m trying to lose weight and stopping by here to get a smoothie or a bowl has been helping tremendously with keeping me filled up throughout the day while getting an adequate amount of nutrients! The service is also great. I will absolutely be back.

I purchase Nektar about once a week or every other week, for the most part it is always good. Today we ordered three bowls online. One of the bowls I ordered I added chia seed pudding to it. It was not in the bowl. My husband picked it up so I was. not there to check at pick up and it was not noted until he got home. Its frustrating because of course I wanted it but mostly I paid an extra 2 dollars for the addition and did not get it. I did attempt to call the store to notify them but got no answer.
