Such a pleasant experience! I had placed an order online and had added whey protein to it. When I went in to pick up my order, the super nice girl told me that they had run out of whey protein so I opted to not have the pea protein. She gave me a coupon for a free item when I return. Such great customer service.

Store was Out of beets so I had to wait for them to go to the store and get some.. not a big deal but then when she came back she was going to juice the beets without washing them and I had to ask her to wash them. I really like the juices but that kind of grossed me out. Idk if the food is washed before being consumed.

Consistency was off in the açaí bowl today. It was very watery. Team members were great and my order was ready for pick up earlier than scheduled.
