I ordered online and as soon as I got to the store it was already made and put in the fridge. So I assume it was in the fridge for some time because it didn’t taste as fresh. So I would appreciate a feature where you can track our location and how far we are from the store, so the store knows how to time making out drinks so they are done right when we get there. And they taste more fresh and not melted for smoothies and bowls.

Great experience all around! Very small suggestion - we ordered several bowls, and it would have been helpful if they were all labeled as we weren't quite sure whose was whose. This did not impact our visit, thought - the person there was super friendly and helpful!

When the this location first opened it was great service and the app always work. Not sure if there's a changed of ownership the quality and the professionalism has gone down. Multiple time the app is not working, ran out of container bowls, and the toppings for my bowls are less.

I have to say I pretty disappointed. I know I had a big order and the chain supply is outrageous, but I did expect to have good service for my food. I had an order of 3 drinks and 3 acai bowls. First I was missing my bowl when I was already halfway to my job. Then I asked for no blueberries, extra banana and chia pudding which is a extra charge for both of those and I did not receive the extra banana or the chia on my bowl and I had blueberries on the bowl as well. I did have to end up going back for the bowl I paid for that i never got and then asked if I could get another acai bowl that was made wrong and the employee said "can I see the bowl and I'll just scrape it off instead of making a new bowl." So I just left with not a good experience. I love Nekters bowls and will continue getting them, but I did not expect the service that I received.

This place is SO FREAKING GOOD!!! I got the açaí bowl with peanut butter and green apples, etc. I ate the entire thing… and you get a good amount for the cost! Wish they were in the same town I live in… will have to drive to Seattle if I get a strong enough craving when I get back home!
My order was done when I arrived and the smoothie bowl was perfect, but the greenie juice I ordered was terrible. It had the strongest ginger taste. Sadly I had to throw it away it was so bad. Such a waste. It would be nice if the machine could have a quick rinse between juices, or at the very least after ginger shots are made.
