We ordered online, it was a 19 min wait online. Arrived at the store at the time it should have been ready, waited an additional 20 min. I order a bowl and a juice. No urgency from staff and no care that we were waiting. Very annoying.

Consistency was off in the açaí bowl today. It was very watery. Team members were great and my order was ready for pick up earlier than scheduled.

I’m trying to lose weight and stopping by here to get a smoothie or a bowl has been helping tremendously with keeping me filled up throughout the day while getting an adequate amount of nutrients! The service is also great. I will absolutely be back.

I purchase Nektar about once a week or every other week, for the most part it is always good. Today we ordered three bowls online. One of the bowls I ordered I added chia seed pudding to it. It was not in the bowl. My husband picked it up so I was. not there to check at pick up and it was not noted until he got home. Its frustrating because of course I wanted it but mostly I paid an extra 2 dollars for the addition and did not get it. I did attempt to call the store to notify them but got no answer.

I’d like to express some displeasure in the product I received. The açaí mango bowl was a color that indicates very, very little açaí was blended in it. That is not typical, or is it what I like-I want the deep color of the açaí to shine though. And lastly, it is not please if to me when the bowl is 2/3 full—that is not what I pay for, nor the typical. I love this Nekter location and prefer to have confidence in its consistency; that was not met today!

Ordered a dragon fruit bowl with orange juice instead of coconut water. Can very clearly taste coconut water since I order this bowl often. Called to ask if they made it with coconut water instead and was told the people who made it just left but they can guarantee it was made correctly. Well it tastes different, like coconut water. No resolution whatsoever.
