I just online ordered an acai bowl with extras and a protein bowl. Everything was ready when it was supposed to be. I got to work and super unhappy to see only 1/2 to maybe 3/4 full container!! The protein bowl was almost to the top. See pictures. Big discrepancy between the $19 acai bowl and the $16 protein bowl. I called the manager, nice girl, she said they got dinged for “over filling the bowls”. What?? If this is s treat and I’ spending almost $20 and getting maybe 4-6 oz, how does this location expect to stay in business??? Patrons will stop coming. I will have to change my nekter habits and not come here anymore. Sorry owner, you just lost 2 long term patrons.

They forgot to put my pea protein in my drink and also forgot to put whey protein in my daughters bowl. We were already on the road is didn't go back to let them know.

I did not have pleasant experience here for the first time ever. The place was an absolute mess with food all over the floor and stuff all over the counter including rags napkins and split food. I’ve never seen it like this before. Trash was overflowing and it was barely 12pm. The employee who made my bowl was clearly sick and kept rubbing their nose with their gloved repeatedly. Then they said pick up name? Grabbed the bowl and tossed it on the counter and same exact hands and gloves they were wiping their nose with. The bowl was 100% liquid not even slightly frozen. I love nekter but will not be coming back to this location unless their is a serious improvement in hygiene and cleanliness of the store.

Very mad I asked for blueberries and mangoes in the bowl SPECFICALLY and they didn’t not put it. WASTE

Ordered 2 bowls and 2 shots. Got one shot free from the app. Order was still almost $40! Bowls are great and fresh-but really not necessary to be that big or expensive.

always inconsistent. SO many times there are issues…..register not working, out of certain ingredients, can’t use credit card, etc. this last time you could only order and pay on app and the açaí (superfood bowl) was very thin and runny. I would come more often but honestly cringe at the thought of something not being right.

There seemed to be something missing in my açaí bowl this visit, it had a very bland taste and also the fruit on top was not as fresh as usual. I will be back and hopefully next time it will be more it’s normal amazing flavor.

The ladies behind the counter today were amazing. They were kind as always and they made my bowl super quick. My wife gets the Protein Power Bowl and I will get either a juice or a smoothie, most time I just get the AB Health Nut and it’s always delicious and satisfies my hunger in the morning. Thanks young Nekter ladies at the Plant!
I would definitely love to tip them more often or tip them accordingly. With two items I’m spending $30+ which is about $100 in three days
