I know there were extenuating circumstances, as the card reader wasn't working when I arrived. However, I arrived, put my order in on the website and took a seat, after quite a while the cashier gets my attention, asks my name, and pulls my order out of the fridge...I don't know how long it had been ready, but it's something they should probably be more on top of

I frequently visit your location. More so for health reasons and I got tired of wasting the items at my home which was also me wasting money and your location is the most convenient. The last couple months the drinks and prices have not been consistent. Prices have changed , the quality of the product is sometimes off, and the last week or so the credit card machine has been down. The board should be updated to reflect new prices, the additions prices should be consistent, and team members should possibly be taught when not to use a product or when it needs to be replaced. Thanks a faithful customer.
