I placed an online order, and it was ready on time. Service can be slow otherwise. Staff are fine but typically young and seem inexperienced in customer service. Thanks for providing an option for healthy meals on the go!

Ordered online. When I arrived the attendant didn’t come out. When she saw me she said I’ll be out in a minute. After waiting 5-6 minutes she brought my order out with another persons order?!? If mine was ready she should of brought it out immediately. So much for ordering online. Btw, I arrived a few minutes after it was promised.

I need to remember not to go to Nektar late in the afternoon. I love your products and they typically are very good. However, anytime within an hour of closing (and sometimes earlier), it's likely that the floors are being cleaned with noxious cleaning materials. I hate the idea that my food is prepared in this environment and it definitely decreases my enjoyment. It didn't seem compatible with "healthy food".

Website confusing and difficult in a number of ways. For example I wanted to add turmeric to my order of a bowl, but could not do so.
There are other inflexible aspects to your website. I am not interested in spending more time on this.
