I have sensory issues with smoothies. After placing an online order I called and the person I spoke with (Miles?) was so respectful and willing to ensure that my smoothie was blended completely. They were super friendly when I picked up my smoothie and I was able to enjoy the whole thing - chunks of fruit in my smoothie give me a gag reflex. Anyway, it was an act of kindness that was noticed.

I love the product you serve, maybe a little more promptness upon arrival for a pickup order would make it better. The staff seem to take 1-2 min to acknowledge the customer when they have walked up to the mobile order spot.

Delivery the very first time wasn't so great. My order was just left in a lobby unattended. Every other time delivery has been outstanding just like the fruit bowls we have ordered.
