Fine, except I did not want the cocoa chips and they were placed in my bowl.

It was pleasant, my order was ready at the scheduled time and what was expected.

Very helpful employee allowed me to get my Juice Cleanse order earlier than scheduled.

I placed an online order and waited and waited and was in a rush as I work deliveries and the girl just took her time. The product was delicious but the speed could improve.

Service was excellent! Your employee was alone and the store was busy. Your employee was sweet and had the brightest smile taking care of everyone and staying calm.

I love Nekter! High quality ingredients, friendly staff, speedy service. I miss the turmeric bowl. It was my fav!

The smoothies are yummy, however the customer service is lacking - it always seems to take a while to be greeted and longer to be helped unfortunately. And the counters and front area are in need of cleaning every time I visit - in fact, the same bits of debris were on the front counter the last few weeks - of course you want a food service establishment to be very clean - not only where the food is prepared but in customer-facing areas as well - it doesn't give customers much confidence of the hygiene practices throughout the establishment when what they see is dirty and messy...

My order was ready on time, it was exactly how I ordered it and the staff were super friendly! I ordered online with my app, and couldn't figure out how to use the remainder of my gift card with a credit card for the balance.

The parking lot is a disaster most weekends, and I can't remember when my order has been on time in a long time at this location.

We have very inconsistent experiences at this location. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes we have to wait quite a while. Today was a 45 minute wait! Every time we asked about it we were told “they’re making it right now.” I know the team there today felt bad about our wait and we did not give them any grief because we understand the food service industry but this was an exceptionally poor experience today. We could’ve dined at a restaurant and checked out in that time period.

Beautiful store! The staff Christmas Eve was excellent. It was busy but the service was quick, very nice, and delicious!
