My order was ready when I arrived at the store. Both the food and the customer service were great!

I ordered online and my smoothie was ready and waiting when I arrived about 5 minutes later

While the drinks and bowls are amazing, it is extremely slow. Especially with a place ahead order that says it will be ready at a given time and then taking an additional 30 minutes

Love the bowls and smoothies and the staff is always friendly but the time it takes to fill an order discourages me from eating here much. My last order took 40 mins for 4 bowls.

I love the products offered. My online pick-up order took an hour to receive. Not appropriate!

Unreliable, I arrived 15 minutes later than my original scheduled time and the order was still not ready. For that reason we don’t order too often.

Ordered pb drizzle and agave on top and it was left off my online order even though I paid for it,
