They had my drink ready & brought it right to me, didn't have to wait at all! Great customer service and my smoothie was just as requested with no dates or agave, since I have diabetes, I have to watch my sugar intake so it's super important for me not to have the agave or dates.

The staff was prompt with my online pick up which i appreciated. However, the smoothie was not fully blended and i felt like i was constantly drinking/chewing on bits of ice which was very frustrating. I think the blending time could be increased as it was disappointing for me to experience. My friend also has a similar experience with their drink.

Love your protein, only reason I’m giving it 6 stars because my smoothie was poorly made and a lot of the ingredients were still be in chunks. I couldn’t even use the straw because it was so thick.

Customer service was good but my ginger shot tasted like water? Hoping this isn't going to be a daily thing because I used to really like them. Also the smoothie wasn't made very good either, too much spinach, not enough blueberry (Popeyes Acai). Consistency is something I struggle to obtain from this location. Made me wanna buy my own blender and juicer to be honest.

I realize that my pick up order was at 5:39p. I went into the store to grab my bowl which was amazing by the way. I had intentions of ordering a smoothie but wanted to ask some questions. The customer service person was more interested in closing the place so I decided to leave and not order one.
