I placed a mobile order at 11 am for 11:30 pickup, 3 bowls and a smoothie. One of the bowls was not made correctly, also item description is not correct on menu.

I love this place and they always have my smoothie ready just the way I like it!!

Good quick service. It would be nice if there was option to put a note in when ordering on app. I usually get a large smoothie and split between my two toddlers. It would be nice bc I be able to add a note to split in two 16 oz cups. I always get great service at this location and staff is very friendly

Hi, I love Nekter. You are my choice for smoothies, bowls, vitality shots and more. However, I am sad to say that my orders are not made consistently every time I visit. This visit today, my order was missing the agave (I am sure this was the mistake because I order this smoothie all the time and it only contains like 4 ingredients). I normally don't complain, because I am fine just adding it at home if necessary, but that shouldn't be the case if I am expecting the beverage to come as ordered. Also, I mobile ordered today, and the one smoothie was not ready at the time I set it for. I ordered one hour in advance. Please just use this feedback as constructive criticism and know that I love Nekter, and these experiences are just minor setbacks for my love for you. Have a great day.

I love this location, they go above and beyond in hospitality and efficiency. They make great smoothies. The rewards program is excellent and has good perks for your purchases. A happy place for sure and I will be back again and again!

Nektar is our go to Juice bar. Love the smoothies and the Acai bowls. We often order online with their APP. 90% of the time its a great way to go but sometimes that are a bit behind...great place to hang out outside until the team has caught up. The team is always friendly and thankful for our patience.

There are a lot of new staff at this location and I notice a difference in the way the smoothies are made. A couple times an ingrediant that I ordered was left out of the smoothie, but I am on my way to work and don't have time to go back to get it corrected. I hope it is just a learning curve and they will improve in consistency and accuracy. I have used this location for a long time and previously had no issues. The last couple months i have noticed these problems.

I have been using this location for years with excellent service. Recently I've notice issues in how the smoothies are made. Once I found a fingernail in my smoothie (gross!). My most recent order I paid for greenie up and added strawberries, but they were left out of my smoothie. I was rushing to work & didn't have time to ask them to remake it. This is a convenient location for me and I will likely try again, but hoping this doesn't happen again. There is a long time employee who works in the early mornings during the week who is excellent. She has blond hair and is always happy, kind & the smoothies/juices are perfectly made.

I recently moved to Brea and I was looking for a smoothie/bowl place. I found it was near my house, decided to give it a try and I loved the options that they have. I tried the PB smoothie bowl, it was delicious. The staff was very courteous.
