Terrible experience and terrible food! I ordered a açai mango bowl it is completely watered down. There is absolutely no taste when I told Freddy the employee. He said he could not do anything about it, but I could only leave a review. I’ve been too many places usually, they will hand over the bowel or set it on the table. This employee slided bowel across the table having me catch the bowel and just walked away, absolutely rude. When I was right in front of him, it was unnecessary to slide it across like that. Absolutely terrible customer service and after being a longtime customer, I am never returning again!

You need to add a column for orders to leave comments. Example, my order today I did not want banana. You have to go in the store and tell them, you can not do in the app. Also, when signing up for the app there needs to be a way to add Credit Card info. It’s confusing that you have to place an order to add credit card info. If someone happens to be on the go and busy this is a step they would appreciate they had the ability to do prior. Thank you

Experience was good as far as customer service. Prices are too high so not ordering from Nekter as frequently as in past. Lack of deals and perks as in past.

There was no peanut butter in the Peanut butter bowl and PB and J bowl that I purchased!

Great service and product. Only exception is if online you can customize a specific drink with adding notes to a pre-made drink. I ordered the “Buzz” and it said to add cayenne for a kick but there was no option for it and no “notes” section to add to the drink

First time ever in a nekter, the bowl we had was great!
