Staff can be friendlier. Smile and say "Hi" or "Good morning" or something. They always seem nervous or serious. It's a juice bar. Lighten up!

Because there’s so many people that love the company, this particular location need to have more employees. It was one person with many phoning orders and people waiting. I ended up leaving placed my order online came back 30 minutes later and my order still wasn’t ready. I don’t know if it was actually correct either I asked for extra ginger. It didn’t seem like there was extra ginger. I was delighted. However, when the employee came outside and handed me my juice.

Orders are usually made pretty quick so most of the time I am in and out with a juice in hand and a smile on my face.

I always visit the san dimas Nekter and it’s amazing! At your store, The strawberry protein shake had no flavor at all, my green juice has more water than green, not stopping here again

This is my favorite location. Always clean, and quick; employees are always in front of the store which is nice. Made my favorite juice Great this time! Tried the peanut butter protein smoothie which was pretty good too.

Experience is always good with customer service. However, I placed my order online and it wasn’t ready at said of time. Then found out that the juicer was broken after calling the manager. There was a lender in the back of the store that was used. After that my order was complete however, number two my bowl was not done properly. There was bananas and agave on it.

The guy who made him a drink is awesome because he actually filled the cup all the way and gave me a separate cup for ice. BUTTT the toxin flush he made me had an insane amount of ginger in it!!! I didn’t realize this until the next day when I started drinking my juice for breakfast that it had so much ginger in it! I chugged as much as I could, but eventually tossed half down drink.

Things went a bit haywire with this order. The wrong order was given to the delivery driver. The employee did call me to let me know, and I asked if a manager could contact me so I could figure out how to get the delivery charge refunded. We ended up having to go and retrieve the drinks, only to find that my juice was incorrect and had ginger added to it, which I can’t have. I’m still waiting for a manager to contact me, which is doubtful at this point. I’ve wasted a total of $15 today at this branch. Normally, they get the drinks mostly correct and this kind of situation is rarer.

Came to pick up order and the people there did not know where my order was originally, so they started taking the items they had on display and did not have all the juices. They were eventually able to find the order I placed in the back so I did not have to come at a later time.

The juices and açaí bowls were delicious! The young lady was very nice😊

Love the juice! I have been struggling with a sinus infection and I am at the tail end of it but still run down. The juice definitely gives me a pickup and I have more energy!! Could not figure out how to get no ice— my only complaint. Could not get past the last window on order unless I checked ice… I even unchecked the ice but still there was an empty circle and I received ice— which I did not want

Great customer service experience. My order was ready when promised. However, and this may not be unique to this store, but the juices are overpriced.
